Shipping & Delivery

ORDER PROCESS

Orders can take 1-3 business days before shipping. All shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation to the email address provided at checkout. All customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping and billing information. 

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

We offer several shipping options for our customers depending on destination, which include:

  • Standard UPS Delivery( 1-5 business days)
  • Express UPS Delivery(1-2 business days)

Delivery times are provided as a guideline and do not take into account local disruptions. 

Sourced by titi is not responsible for costs related to returned packages due to not claiming a package and or providing an incorrect address. If a package is returned to our studio, please note that the client is responsible for the re-shipping fee. Original shipping and processing fees cannot be refunded. If the client does not purchase the re-shipping fee the purchase will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING 

International packages are shipped via Express International(1-7 business days) unless notified otherwise.

INTERNATIONAL DUTIES AND TAXES

International shipments may be subject to customs fees and import taxes upon delivery determined by the shipment's destination country. Please note that the recipient of the shipment is responsible for any fees or duties if found by customs. If you do not claim your package or if the package is returned to our studio, you are responsible for the original shipping charges and the cost of returning the package. 

P.O. BOXES

Please note that UPS and FEDEX do not ship to P.O. boxes. If you placed an order with a P.O. box as your shipping address, our team will contact you via e-mail to receive a verified street address to ship to. 

SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION 

Signature confirmation upon delivery is required on all purchases. 

Since all our parcels require client signature upon delivery, we highly recommend that you utilize the free UPS MyChoice service to customize your delivery. You can request UPS packages be held at UPS Access Point for pick-up, and sign ahead of time for upcoming deliveries. 

Sourced by titi is not responsible for lost, stolen, and damaged mail. We take great care in packaging every single one of your items so that is does not damage during shipping. 

If you do not claim your package or if the package is returned to our studio, you are responsible for the original shipping charges and the cost of returning the package.
